Ordering

After you’ve looked through the catalog and selected your items, you can order them one of two ways:

To Email a completed order form as an attachment:

Download the Microsoft Word version of our order form, complete it, and send it back as an attachment to customerservice@fabco.net. (Please note, not all versions of MS Word are compatible with all other versions, so there may be problems in opening your attachment. If this is the case, we will notify you ASAP.)

To Fax us a completed order form:

You can either download the Microsoft Word version of our order form, complete it, print it, and fax it back to us at (860) 442-8699 OR go to our printable order form page, print the page, complete it by hand and fax it back to us at (860) 442-8699.

Whichever method you choose, we will confirm your order within one business day. Please note that our Terms and Conditions (below) apply to all ordering methods. Remember, GROUND SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE within the 48 contiguous states.

Terms and Conditions:

Credit account payment terms are net 30 days with prior approved credit.

Our pricing includes ground freight for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to locations outside the 48 contiguous states will have freight charges added. Customer-requested expedites are subject to a $15.00 fee in addition to the express freight charges. Drop shipments are subject to a $25.00 fee per shipment in addition to express shipping charges, if applicable.

Returned Goods Policy:

All returned goods must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by First Aid Bandage Company. Requests for an RMA must be made within one year of the original shipping date. The customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns. FABCO will not accept COD deliveries. All products returned must be full cases, in original packaging and have no unopened pouches. Credit will be issued only after receipt of returned goods and is subject to the approval of the Quality Assurance Department. Product returned to FABCO for quality-related issues will be given full credit. All other returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns of expired product.
