Credit account payment terms are net 30 days with prior approved credit. Our pricing includes ground freight for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to locations outside the 48 contiguous states will have freight charges added. Customer-requested expedites are subject to a $15.00 fee in addition to the express freight charges. Drop shipments are subject to a $25.00 fee per shipment in addition to express shipping charges, if applicable
All returned goods must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by First Aid Bandage Company. Requests for an RMA must be made within one year of the original shipping date. The customer is responsible for freight charges on all returns. FABCO® will not accept COD deliveries. All products returned must be full cases, in original packaging and have no unopened pouches.
Credit will be issued only after receipt of returned goods and is subject to the approval of the Quality Assurance Department. Product returned to FABCO® for quality-related issues will be given full credit. All other returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns of expired product.
